In just as many weeks, I've gone ahead and inked up on the dotted line figuratively to speak, for the second biggest athletic event of my ever evolving and expanding 2012 athletic season. This one takes me to undiscovered territory literally, both physically and athletically on many levels. The never-before visited Hawaiian island of Oahu and the amazing location of Kualoa Ranch, will play host for the 2012 xterra Trail Running World Championship race, on Sunday, December 2nd. This incredible location that was used for filming certain parts of the popular film Jurassic Park, will now serve up 21 kilometers of some of the most toughest off road conditions and distance, that I will ever face personally since taking to off road athletic endurance events several years back.
